My name is Jessica B. Phillips and I want to personally welcome you to celebrate our nation's 250th anniversary from now until 2026.
It is my honor to work with our community through the Committee to Commemorate the 250th Anniversary of American Independence. The goal of this group is to design and coordinate events and programs across disciplines that will properly unite Staten Islanders in celebration of this milestone.
